my daughter is 5 yrs.old, had a history of urinary tract infection. she has a slight fever now. we took a urinalysis and the results are: color yellow transparency s.turbid ph acidic specipic gravity 1.015 protein negative sugar negative wbc 2-4/hpf rbc 2-4/hpf epithelial cells moderate mucus threads few amorphous urates/phosphates moderate bacteria moderate could it be an indication that her urinary tract infection causes her fever?
you daughters results indicate that there is presence of blood cells, pus cells, phosphates and bacteria all indicating of recurrent utis. she is probably suffering from vesicouretric reflux of urine.and it is definitely the cause for her fever. consult a urologist and get an abdomen usg.
